Talkoverse provides live voice conversation rooms as a communication service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Talkoverse. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are solely responsible for everything you say and do within Talkoverse. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Community Guidelines. You may not use Talkoverse to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe the rights of any third party, transmit harmful or malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.

Talkoverse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talkoverse and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Talkoverse after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is based.
